NAEGA Annual Conference 2002
Following on from this year's successful London conference at Imperial College, it is the turn of the NAEGA East branch to organise the 2002 conference. Plans are well in hand, and we very much hope to see you at Stoke Rochford Conference Centre on Wednesday 3 Thursday 4 July 2002. Stoke Rochford Hall is near Grantham, Lincs, with good train and transport links. It is a well-appointed Victorian mansion set in its own beautiful grounds with a leisure centre attached. The theme of the conference is 'Information Advice and Guidance Towards a Community Network', and we are organising a programme of workshops, speakers and social time to enable networking, sharing of good practice, and discussion of key issues as fully as time allows. As it takes place just before Independence Day, we are planning an American theme for the conference dinner, to be followed by a Barn Dance in the Orangery. Booking information will be sent out early in the New Year, and you are advised to BOOK EARLY in order to get good accommodation, any available discounts, preferred workshops, and a place at the Conference dinner (as places are limited). Please contact Lynne Blanchfield () for further details. |
