Invites applications for the following position:

EMPLOYMENT GUIDANCE ADVISOR

To develop and deliver a careers guidance service to clients of the centre. The position is full-time.

The Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • A higher Diploma in Adult Guidance/Careers Guidance/Guidance Counselling

  • Experience in working with people who are long term unemployed

  • Ability to design and deliver innovative careers guidance and education programmes

  • Organisational, information management and IT skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self motivation
