Services for Graduates Conference: Creating a national career development service for graduates

Woburn House Conference Centre,
12th June 2003 10am - 4.30pm

CSU is delighted to invite you to the Services for Graduates conference. The Services for Graduates project was set up by the higher education Careers Services Unit (CSU) and the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) to develop a UK-wide career development, guidance and information service specifically for graduates. The project comprises two key elements, which aim to complement each other:

  • A web-based interactive graduate career development service, integrated into www.prospects.ac.uk; designed and delivered by CSU;
  • Local graduate development initiatives designed and delivered by Higher Education careers services, to build on the existing provision by HE careers services.

To mark 3 successful years of the service, we are holding a conference to both look back at how the project has evolved and to explore the way forward. This will be an important opportunity to discuss the implications of e-guidance and the broader issues of adult careers guidance.

Conference attendance is free of charge. For further details about the conference, please contact Lucy Madahar, E-Guidance Manager at or Karen McCrackle, Marketing Communications Executive at
