Guidance: linking people to training, education and work

During a recent talk to the Guidance Council, Professor Jonathan Brown outlined a working definition of what guidance is and is not, proposing a forward-thinking definition of adult guidance that potential clients can relate to. According to Jonathan, the key is to equate guidance with linking people to training, education and work. This will encourage people to see guidance as something that could be useful to them.
