NHS Staff at Risk Can You Help? With the impending abolition of Community Health Councils (CHCs), the London Regional Office of the NHS has been exploring innovative ways to support 'at risk' staff, some of whom may have worked for CHCs for 10 or more years. Alongside a package of training opportunities already made available for their 100 or so staff members, they are now exploring the possibility of offering 1 to 1 career counselling and/or CV writing assistance; or other innovative suggestions.
