6 January 2003 Dear Colleague, Re: Regional Briefing Sessions - National Campaigns to promote adult learning NIACE and the National LSC are together running Regional Briefing Sessions throughout February 2003 with one to be held in each government office region and we would like to invite you to attend. The Briefing Sessions are open to all staff who have a responsibility for promoting adult learning and who get involved in national campaigns (Adult Learners Week and Bite Size) at a local or regional level. The sessions aim to explore the concept of promoting learning and will use practical examples and practice sharing techniques to discuss this. A programme and booking form is enclosed. There are only 50 places available in each region, therefore, it is important to return your booking form as soon as possible. Places will be filled on a first come first served basis. Attendance at the sessions is free of charge. The sessions will be held as follows:
If you or a colleague would like to attend, please complete and return the booking form PDF by no later than Friday 24 January 2003 to the address or fax number detailed on the booking form. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, pp Siân Pollock |
