Priority Action Some NAEGA members have reported difficulties in recruiting staff. Does your service hold vacant posts? Do you have examples which indicate a shortage of experienced guidance staff? What sort of staff are most difficult to recruit? We need your comments and specific examples if possible in order to inform policy makers.
