Student Support in Northern Ireland Following a review of student support in N Ireland, EGSA & NUS/USI (the National Union of Students and the Union of Students in Ireland) have established a partnership to encourage and support adults into Higher Education and to ensure that adult students will receive full information and advice about the relevant financial implications. Two new posts will be created one in each organisation. The emphasis of the NUS/USI post will be on training, secondary research and casework while EGSAs postholder will enhance our existing service by sourcing and disseminating information throughout EGSAs IAG Network and responding to individual enquirers. |
