New project to develop employment opportunities in East of England GradsEast, an exciting new project in the East of England to develop employment opportunities for students and graduates. Based in one of the ten Higher Education Institutions, the project will work with the ten Careers
Advisory Services to complement their services to students, graduates and employers.

The primary activities of the project will include:

• setting up the GradsEast website
• drawing up a marketing strategy to promote the site to students, graduates and employers in the East of England
• surveying employment sectors to establish skills shortages in the region and actively target and generate new opportunities for students and graduates
