NAEGA is a practitioner organisation. We are run by members for members. Our main focus is on what guidance workers do and how we share good practice and concerns.

A Board of Directors drawn from the membership manages the work. The Board is elected at our AGM annually and each director is responsible for a different activity. Click here to see who's who on the Board.
