New careers service report

A report of a recent expert practitioners' workshop to share expertise and support the development of the new adult advancement and careers service is now available.
The workshop, involving participants with a broad knowledge and experience of careers development, focused on:
- developing a single, universal advancement and careers service
- making effective use of the new technologies and
- workforce development - the training system, qualifications framework and CPD arrangements for advisers.
