As part of the Welfare, Information and Guidance Team, the job involves providing impartial advice and guidance to learners and members of the public on all aspects of learning and work. This role will be IAG delivery to a wide range of internal and external customers, working with a wide range of partners to include employers, community groups, voluntary groups and schools. Ensuring a high quality service in line with Matrix accreditation. Training will be offered in this interesting and growing area of work.
It is essential that the successful candidate will be educated to level 3 in IAG.
